The Laundry Plant of OCT InterContinental Hotel, is jointly built by OCT Group and InterContinental Group. This is the first hotel-in-house Central laundry equipped with tunnel system in Shenzhen. This is an upgraded and renovated project and is located in OCT Intercontinental Hotel, Nanshan District, Shenzhen. At present, it is mainly used to provide centralized laundry services for Intercontinental Hotel, Venice Hotel, JW Marriott Hotel Qianhai, Seaview Hotel and other five-star hotels such as St.Regis Hotel and Le Meridien Hotel, which will be opened in the near future. The Central Laundry Plant of OCT Intercontinental Hotel is capable of handling washing capacity up to 5,000 rooms, and its washing scale will set a new record in hotel laundry in Shenzhen.
