Genting Snow Park, located in Chongli District, Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province, undertook freestyle skiing, snowboarding and other games of the 24th Winter Olympic Games. Skiers from all over the world competed for 20 Gold Medals here.It witnessed Chinese athletes Yiming Su, Mengtao Xu and Ailing Gu becoming Gold & Silver Medal winners. This Milnor Tunnel System was manufactured by CSM Shenzhen Factory and has been in Genting Hotel since 2019, serving the Chinese National Winter Olympic Trials. Its mature design, reliable structure and high quality comparable to that of the imported tunnels are well recognized by customers.

In fact, this is not the first time Genting Group chooses Milnor equipment. Genting Group has been using Milnor Washer Extractors manufactured by CSM since 2013. Genting Hotel Malaysia chose Milnor Tunnel System in 2016. In 2019, Genting Hotel Zhangjiakou selected Milnor Tunnel System and related equipment once again.

Before the introduction of Milnor Tunnel System in the laundry plant of Genting Hotel Zhangjiakou, it was operated by 2 units of 125kg, 1 unit of 77kg and 1 unit of 27kg Washer Extractor. That could only handle about 350kg of linen per hour. As Genting Snow Park is nearest to Beijing perfect for skiing, the occupancy rate is high in peak season every year.The Capital washing demand constantly increases in recent years. China National Winter Olympic Trials in 2021, the 2022 Winter Olympics and the Paralympic Games were all be held here. Providing laundry services for international events is not an easy task. After detailed investigation and comparison, the customer finally chosen Milnor. Genting Hotel now has about 4,000 rooms. Milnor 55KG 8 modules PulseFlow tunnel handles, more than 1.5 tons of linen per hour with water consumption at only 3.79 Litre per kg of linen.

Affected by Covid, the laundry plant was required to work in isolation during the Games. In order to ensure the smooth and stable operation of the laundry equipment, CSM arranged a senior after-sales service engineer to site.

To provide the best and 24 hours seamlessly technical support to the customer, CSM engineers kept close contact with Milnor Headquarter located in Louisiana, USA. At present, the tunnel and other equipment are running stably, and are thought highly of by the customer.
