Combine, merger, acquisition, big move!
Just last week, Hammery fell and the Frankfurt exhibition completed the acquisition of the Clean exhibition in the United States. There are three major exhibitions in the global laundry industry, the Texcare in Frankfurt in the Eastern Hemisphere (every four times in Frankfurt), the ExpoDetero in Milan (every four times in Milan) and the American Clean in the Western Hemisphere (every year). Messe Frankfurt's announcement of the completion of the acquisition of the Clean exhibition in the United States caused a lot of shock in the industry.

The Clean Show in Las Vegas in 2017 was named one of the 50 fastest growing shows in 2017 by Industry Show Manager magazine. The show excelled in three areas: the net exhibition area, the number of exhibitors and the number of visitors. The 2017 Clean Show attracted 481 exhibitors and the number of visitors reached more than 11,000. The Clean at New Orleans next June 20-23 will be the first show after Messe Frankfurt's acquisition of Clean.

After the acquisition, Messe Frankfurt will continue to cooperate with the original five co-organizers of the Clean exhibition to organize the Clean exhibition. The five co-organizers are: American Cloth Management Association, American Coin Laundry Association, American Laundry Research Association, American Laundry Related Industry Association and American Textile Rental Service Association.

It is believed that the acquisition of the Clean show will enhance the brand influence of Messe Frankfurt in the laundry industry. Texcare International, the first laundry exhibition organised by Messe Frankfurt, opened its new voyage in the laundry exhibition in Frankfurt, Germany in 1956. In 1998, Texcare Asia, the sister show of Texcare International, was held in Singapore. Texcare Asia moved to Hong Kong, China in 2002 and officially settled in mainland China in 2005. In the past two years, Messe Frankfurt has accelerated the pace of acquisitions in the laundry industry. This year alone completed the merger of Texcare Asia and China Laundry Expo and the acquisition of Dubai Gulf Laundrex, France Jet Expo and the US Clean Show.

Messe Frankfurt is the world's largest organizer of trade shows, conferences and events and has its own independent venue. It has more than 2,500 employees in approximately 30 cities around the world, with annual sales of approximately 661 million euros (about 5.2 billion yuan). Each year, more than 100 exhibitions are held around the world under the Messe Frankfurt exhibition, covering more than 150 countries and regions.
